When is registration in other state required? Will giving service from Nasik to other state require registration in other state?

Ans. Registration is not mandatorily required in the State to which taxable supplies are made. If the supplies are to another State, then the nature of tax will be IGST and is paid to the Centre who will transfer the same to the destination State.
